I sit down this morning after reading the news and watching the local forecast.  The news is not good and the snow is my only joy today as Sudan wants to secede in Africa, 15 headless bodies found in Acapulco, done in by the "el chapo," and still more news on the shooting in Arizona.  

I have friends with addictions and I strain to find ways to help them.  I have work of my own to do and I am glad for that. Not alot to say really just another day to gather information.  Preach on…

            It was an interesting show last night.  By interesting I mean not great but not bad.  I play with a bunch of great musicians that is a fact.  Seasoned professionals who care about what they do at the highest level.  Although we play together a lot we still practice.
